By accessing and using the JB3 New Life KBP application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

JB3 New Life KBP provides a platform for the JB3 New Life Church Kota Baru Parahyangan community to access sermon recordings, articles, and participate in church programs.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Share your QR code with others for fraudulent claiming.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Content

All sermon recordings, articles, and other content provided through the Service are the property of JB3 New Life Church KBP. You may access and listen to content for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or commercial use of content without permission is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

JB3 New Life Church KBP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting our administrative team.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
